In fall 2024, Albright partnered with Revive, a supplemental health solution designed to reduce traditional insurance claims and improve employee wellness. The collaboration has seen strong early results, with employees actively engaging in the program and contributing to long-term goals of improving insurance offerings, strengthening employee satisfaction, and supporting community growth.

Revive recognized Albright’s early success with the program and asked Laudenslager to share the college’s experience on a national stage. Laudenslager and Revive will discuss how strategic supplemental care can improve employee health outcomes while easing pressure on institutional insurance plans.

The SHRM Annual Conference is the largest gathering of HR professionals in the world, offering valuable insights into the latest innovations and best practices shaping the future of work.
