Maxim Group LLC Enhances Executive Leadership

NEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Maxim Group LLC, a leading full service investment banking, securities and wealth management firm today announced the promotion of James Siegel to General Counsel. Mr. Siegel joined Maxim Group in 2003 and has served as Co-General Counsel since 2008. He will assume the role of sole General Counsel.

He has been a licensed attorney for over twenty years, and has worked in the securities industry for more than fifteen years. Mr. Siegel currently serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School.
